About Joaquim

Hi, my name is Joaquim, and if you are not sure how to pronounce it, you are not alone! I am very well versed in teaching how to pronounce my name the French or American way. If you're reading this however, you're even more interested in real estate, and so am I!

I come from generations of "mom and pop" real estate investors; this industry runs in my blood. My family has always, on the side, invested their business profits into real estate, and it has always provided them with a home, wealth, and freedom. 

When I first got to Cornell University, I quickly realized I needed to switch my major to the more people-oriented hospitality and real estate program. After graduating, I hopped around many different jobs in the service industry, technology sales, among others, before finally committing myself to real estate. 

As a Realtor, I have your fiduciary back, and can help you find or sell your home in this ever-changing market. As an Investor, I can look at and interpret the numbers for you to be clear and confident in some of the largest decisions you may make in your lives. And as a human, I will listen to your wants, concerns, and hesitations, while providing you the tools to navigate the inevitable ups and downs that come with the real estate industry. I am here for you, and ready to work!
